For over 50 years, this Dowagiac location has been serving up great food, big smiles, and the kind of hospitality that keeps people coming back. When Ashley stepped in and opened Ashley’s Take-Out in 2022, she was determined to honor that long-standing tradition while bringing her own passion and heart to every part of the business.

Ashley fell in love with the restaurant industry while working alongside the previous owner, Mimi. It was there she learned what truly matters—treating people with kindness, cooking with pride, and making every guest feel like they belong. That legacy lives on today in every pizza we make, every burger we grill, and every warm greeting at the counter.
